We warmly invite you to consider Kissing Point Cricket Club Sponsorship opportunities for your business to invest in and to support your local community cricket club. In return we will promote your business to all our members through our regular communications and social events.

Kissing Point Cricket Club first joined the Hornsby, Ku-ring-gai & Hills District Cricket Association during the 1961/62 season as a junior club before entering its first senior sides in the summer of 1965/66. The 2021/2022 season marked the club's 60th year.

As we begin a new decade of grass roots community cricket, we would like to present an exciting opportunity to join us and be a part of the future of this growing cricket club.

Cricket has been entrenched in the Australian sporting culture for many years now and continues to play a big part in our local community. This includes weekly BBQs, social events and even a major fundraiser for the local Rural Fire Services in 2020 when South Turramurra was quite exposed with an encroaching bush fire a couple of seasons ago.

KPCC is one of the most inclusive clubs in the district, covering all ages, genders, cultures and abilities. We have cricket programs and teams in Junior cricket & Senior cricket for all ages & grades. Blasters cricket for the kids for 4–7 year old’s and Master Blasters for the 7-9 year old’s. The club will also run a Girls Only Master Blaster Program. We are keen to expand our Girls Cricket programs in 22/23 and beyond. And we continue to build on our junior teams 10+ years.

Our Senior teams will take the field on Saturday afternoons, and we are hopeful that 2-Day cricket will return for season 22/23 (following restrictions during Covid). The development of many of our junior players is one of our club’s strengths, including many players from our U15 teams graduating this season into senior cricket.

Communicate

Through a multi-channel approach, including a regular newsletter and social media forums. Production costs of the newsletter and any social media costs will be covered by sponsorship and in return where appropriate we will advertise your business.

Compete

Providing external professional coaching from time to time, to help our cricketers of all ages get better at their skill, so we are a more competitive club. This includes our train the trainer concept, helping volunteer mums and dads be better coaches by getting the skills they need. In addition, any new equipment (e.g. bowling machine, slips bench) to improve our skills. We don’t believe in winning at all costs but competing to win is more fun!

Connect

Bringing together families from our communities to our local clubhouse for various social events – from Friday night kids movies to Trivia nights and special fundraisers, where we will also raise funds for others e.g. the RFS. We also want to pay it forward.

Collaborate

to help raise awareness and inclusivity of our sport by linking with other parts of our own Sports club, other competing clubs and private schools in our area. Costs associated with these activities to be assisted by sponsorship.
